Mid-Century French etagere in sculpted bronze by Bagues. 50” wide x 16” deep x 78” high.
Maison Bagues was founded circa 1840 in Auvergne, France and over the following century became renowned for its bronze lighting fixtures which were often gold or silver leafed. Between the two world wars, Bagues expanded its exposure internationally, creating gates, stairway banisters, side and coffee tables.
Bagues continues operation today and re-edits some of its collections for large installations.
